Dental Treatments
During a dental check-up, we assess whether treatment is needed. If so, we begin with a thorough cleaning to carefully remove plaque and tartar buildup. If any teeth or molars are found to be in poor condition, we may need to extract them to prevent pain or further complications.
All treatments are carried out with the utmost care and attention. Because pets usually don’t sit still and open their mouths long enough voluntarily, they are placed under general anesthesia. Your pet is safely connected to a ventilator, and we continuously monitor heart rate and oxygen levels to ensure their safety throughout the procedure.
If necessary, we also take dental X-rays to check for hidden problems beneath the gums or in the jawbone — ensuring nothing is overlooked.
